All Prescription orders are shipped from our Opthalmic Labs, usually within 7-10 working days.
Credit Card payments: Due to the high risk of fraud, all first time orders will be shipped to the billing address only. In an effort to expedite order processing and to ensure accuracy, we prefer that all orders be placed online. Orders placed by phone or fax add 48 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Warranty Information: Your sunglasses are fully warranted by each manufacturer for one year (DIXON brand 3 years) against manufacturer's defects. Please note: no warranty by any sunglass manufacturer covers scratched lenses or accidental breakage or damage. Each sunglass is carefully inspected before shipment. If damage occurs during shipment, please contact the shipper. Repairs of defects for sunglasses under warranty are usually at no charge. However, you will be required to show proof of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts and transaction records.
Please contact us before making any return to acquire a Returns Note Number (RTN) this is to ensure that once the goods have been received back at our warehouse they can be traced. Note we strictly adhere to the distant sellers act and our policy in no way affects your statutory rights. Refunds do not include postage and packing costs. Please note this policy does have some limitations and does not apply to resellers.
Useful tips on how to return your Eyewear:
1. Return your eyewear in its original packaging that will ensure it�s not damaged when we receive it.
2. Clearly mark on the package a return address.
3. Send your package via Recorded Delivery, that way your package can be tracked and traced.
